These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the QRide Assist Services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QRide Assist websites, QR experiences, or platform services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Platform Services
QRide Assist provides tools that allow automotive dealerships to generate QR code experiences and manage vehicle-related interactions with shoppers.
The platform enables dealerships to collect vehicle inquiries from shoppers and manage dealership user accounts.
Vehicle Inquiries and Dealership Communication
QRide Assist provides tools that allow shoppers to submit vehicle inquiries to participating dealerships.
When a shopper submits an inquiry through a QR code experience or vehicle page, the information provided is transmitted directly to the dealership associated with that vehicle so the dealership can respond to the inquiry.
Dealerships may contact shoppers regarding their inquiry using phone calls, email, or text messaging. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply depending on the shopper's mobile carrier.
QRide Assist acts solely as a technology platform facilitating communication between shoppers and dealerships and does not control dealership communication practices.
SMS Communications
Dealership User Alerts
Dealership users agree to receive SMS text messages from QRide Assist at the phone number they provide for service-related alerts, including QR code scan notifications and help requests from their dealership. Consent is collected through an unchecked opt-in checkbox that must be actively selected before a phone number can be saved. Providing a phone number and agreeing to SMS is optional and is not required to use the QRide Assist platform.
Vehicle Shopper Contact Consent
Shoppers who provide a phone number through a QRide Assist vehicle inquiry form and actively check the SMS consent checkbox agree to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from the dealership regarding their vehicle inquiry. The shopper's contact information is passed to the dealership so the dealership can communicate directly with the customer. QRide Assist itself does not send text messages to shoppers. Providing a phone number and agreeing to SMS is optional; shoppers may instead submit a vehicle inquiry using only an email address.
Message frequency varies based on activity. Msg & data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support at support@qrideassist.com.
SMS notifications are used for operational and account-related purposes only and are not used for marketing communications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to interfere with platform functionality, security, or other users.
Limitation of Liability
QRide Assist provides the Services on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for dealership actions, sales outcomes, or communications between dealerships and shoppers.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
